SUMMARY OF COVENANTS AND RESTRICTIONS
~All homes to be used for single family residence only.
~Two story homes shall be a minimum of 2,400 square feet.
~Ranch homes shall be a minimum of 2,000 square feet.
~All driveways will be concrete and installed with one year after start
of construction.
~All exterior foundation walls must be covered with stone or brick
to grade.
~Fencing is restricted to rear of yard and not to exceed five (5) feet in
height. (no chain link fencing)
~Front yard building setback on all lots is to be one-hundred (100) feet
with a minimum side yard restriction of fifteen (15) feet.
~Homeowner shall have lot landscaped within one year of start of
construction or within sixty (60) days when home is completed
between May 1 to October 1.
~Land-Architectural Board Approval for removal of trees.
~Storage of recreational vehicles, boats or other non-typical vehicles
will be restricted. Pools are permitted with proper screening.
~Architectural review of home plans if mandatory to screen for
“look-a-likes” and to emphasize exterior details.
