John Warmus, President, personally oversees every project. He provides the technical expertise, experience and leadership to keep each project moving quickly and effectively, while controlling costs every step of the way.

The prestigious FedEx Custom Critical Complex, Boettler Business Center, Boettler Oaks Properties, Green Pointe Office Building, The Greenview Inn Town Center the most recent assisted living facility along with The Realty One Office Complex are all properties owned by Warmus located within the City of Green. His commercial work also includes The Green Animal Center, Green Plaza Addition, Subway, Anthony Funeral Home, Akrochem addition and currently the Waterford Office Park. Warmus has earned its reputation as a superior quality, cost-effective commercial developer.
Our residential accomplishments started in 1987 with the development of The Highlands at Green. Growing as a quality driven, cost-efficient, superior craftsmanship builder lead us to construct homes in Raintree Estates, Robin’s Trace and in Fairlawn at Rosemont Ridge. In 1998 Warmus developed yet another allotment in Green, The Estates of Meadow Wood incorporating maintenance free construction, vinyl clad windows, vinyl siding, brick exteriors along with the latest interior designs.
The current allotment (Woodhaven Preserve) located in Wadsworth Township, features rolling, wooded and scenic lots with at minimum acreage of at least one-half acres. Our current Model will show case the same workmanship and quality driven homes with many standard features and a fine eye for detail.
